Craig Cook’s years of experience, knowledge and determination to provide a quality product have led him to diversify into producing his own exclusive blend of natural beef.

Prime Quality Beef Stud is a 300 acre natural free range property located in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales, chosen for its cool climate, rich Basalt soil and ideal grazing conditions. Craig Cook has carefully selected Angus and Whole Hereford breeds of cattle for their flavoursome and tender eating qualities. These cattle enjoy an abundance of lush green grass and natural spring fed water.

Due to the positioning of this property Craig has been able to create through his farm and cattle managers a fully self stainable operation supplemented by a hand milled grain and wheat product. PQM stud grows its own barley and oats to supplement the cold winters as well as its own dry ruff hay product. Irrigation is supplied through two bores and numerous dams which are monitored regularly to control levels of nutrients the cattle are receiving to provide some of Australia’s most supreme MSA beef.
